The vertical tank distillation furnace is composed of a tank body (including a tank body, an upper extension section and a lower extension section), a combustion chamber, a heat exchange chamber, a condenser, etc.

The upper part of the tank body is called the upper extension connecting the bell mouth and the tank body, and the lower part is called the lower extension connecting the tank body and the discharge roller. The middle part is the tank body, and the whole tank body is the channel for the particles to move. After the preheated pellets enter the tank, they are heated and reacted until they are discharged from the lower part during the descent process, and the inner wall of the tank bears the friction of high temperature and high hardness pellets.

Since the height of the combustion chamber is basically the same as the height of the fuel tank, the width of the combustion chamber is not large. Therefore, the combustion chamber is thin and high, and the refractory material used requires high-temperature strength, and at the same time, it is easily corroded by zinc oxide.

Since the preheating temperature is required to reach 700~800 ℃, it is difficult to reach the general metal heat exchanger, so the heat exchanger built of refractory materials is generally made of clay, but most heat exchangers use special cylindrical bricks.

4. The condenser is used to collect zinc vapor. The working temperature is not high (less than 1000 ℃), ordinary clay bricks and thermal insulation bricks can be used.

(1) Regularly treat roof brick ash and combustion chamber scarring. When repairing the furnace, it is inevitable to encounter the sand on the side walls and top bricks. Over time, more and more ash nodules will accumulate, which will cause the death of the combustion chamber or the partition wall in severe cases. Once this happens, not only the heating area of the storage tank will be reduced, but the leakage point of the vertical storage tank behind the partition wall cannot be sprayed.

(2) regular treatment of tank wall scarring. After the spray tank leaks, a certain degree of scarring is formed. If the leakage position leaks again, it will become several points because of the existence of the previous scarring.

(3) Timely clean up the impurities at the bottom of the combustion chamber. The impurities at the bottom of the combustion chamber must be cleaned every time. If they are not cleaned, they will not only accumulate more and more over time and become harder and harder and cannot be removed.

(4) Pay attention to operating time and temperature changes. Whether it is impurity removal, furnace repair or knotting, the operation time should not be too long to avoid excessive temperature reduction and reduce the impact of temperature changes on the furnace body.

(5) improve the quality of furnace repair and a bonding rate. The quality of the supplementary furnace can reduce the number of leakage in the storage tank. In order to improve the quality of the supplementary furnace, it must be accurate, fast, good and economical.

(6) Reasonably control the pressure in the tank, and the tank mouth pressure of the late furnace and the tank leakage furnace must be controlled at 0~50Pa.

(7) Improve the timely rate of furnace overhaul.
