1. The equipment is composed of high vacuum chamber, furnace frame, vacuum system, melting device, condensation collection device, furnace cover opening device, induction power supply device and control system, water cooling pipe integration device, etc.

2. High vacuum chamber: the furnace body and cover adopt double-layer water cooling layer structure, and the inner and outer walls are all 304 stainless steel. In order to ensure vacuum degree, the inner wall shall be polished with mirror surface. Sand blasting and electrolysis treatment shall be carried out on the outer wall. Sealing grooves shall be provided on the flange surface of the furnace body, and fluorine rubber "0" rings shall be used for vacuum sealing. Both sides of the furnace body shall be provided with air suction holes, electrode devices, temperature measuring devices, inflation interfaces, etc., and the furnace cover shall be provided with observation windows, deflation devices, mechanical explosion-proof devices, etc.

3. Furnace frame: The furnace frame is assembled from section steel and CNC folded plates. It is used to support the furnace body as an operating platform and is integrated with the electric control box, making the operation more user-friendly.

4. Vacuum system: it is composed of direct pump, molecular pump, inflation valve, air release valve, pneumatic high vacuum valve, vacuum pressure gauge (± PA) and vacuum pipeline.

5. Melting device: composed of induction coil, insulating sleeve, graphite sleeve and melting crucible. There is a temperature measuring thermocouple at the bottom, which can automatically adjust the temperature according to the process.

6. Condensation collection device: There is a section of molybdenum transition pipe directly above the melting crucible, which connects the melting crucible and the condensation collector, and is equipped with a temperature measuring thermocouple, which can monitor the temperature at any time.

7. Furnace cover opening device: use two gas springs to open the furnace cover backwards, and provide a locking device.

8. Induction power supply device and control system: the power supply adopts super audio induction power supply, which is energy-saving, no noise, fast heating speed, and can realize automatic heating and cooling according to the program instrument. The control system is equipped with over-current, over-voltage feedback and protection circuits. The electric control panel box is manufactured according to Siemens standard, with beautiful structure and convenient operation.

9. Water-cooled pipe integrated device: It is composed of various pipeline valves and other related devices. It has the functions of water pressure underpressure, water cut-off sound and light alarm and automatic power cut-off to ensure that all places requiring water cooling on the vacuum chamber and power coil are connected, and the total inlet and outlet are reserved. The user can connect the inlet and outlet of the surrounding cooling circulating water system with the main pipe of the furnace inlet and outlet for use.

 

The resistance type internal heating device of the vacuum distillation furnace is characterized in that a heat-resistant metal sleeve is installed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the vacuum furnace, the two ends of the metal sleeve are welded to the furnace body, and the silicon carbide rod of the electric heating element is placed in the metal sleeve. The gap between the two ends of the silicon carbide rod and the metal sleeve is filled with insulating material. The silicon carbide rod of the electric heating element is placed in a metal sleeve, which has a large heating area. In the working process, the metal sleeve is directly placed in the metal liquid, with low heat loss, low energy consumption and high thermal efficiency.
